When you fill out the quote request form, we collect your name, email address, phone number, information about the building or project, and any message you send us.
Information collected automatically
With your consent, cookies and similar technologies collect usage and browsing data (for example IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed). We also keep advertising attribution data (UTM parameters, Google and Meta click identifiers, landing page, referring site) to measure the effectiveness of our campaigns. See our cookie policy.

- Respond to your quote requests and provide a price;
- Communicate with you about our services;
- Measure site audience and ad effectiveness (with your consent);
- Improve our site and services;
- Meet our legal obligations.
4. Consent
By submitting the form, you consent to our use of your information to process your request. Non-essential cookies (audience measurement, advertising) are only activated with your consent, which you can grant, refuse or change at any time through the "Manage cookies" panel. You may withdraw your consent at any time by writing to the address in section 1.

6. Disclosure of information outside Quebec
Some providers above are located outside Quebec, notably in the United States. When your information is processed or accessible there, it may be subject to the laws of those jurisdictions. We have assessed that these disclosures provide adequate protection, taking into account those providers' contractual commitments and the security measures in place.
7. Retention period
We keep your information for as long as necessary for the purposes for which it was collected. Information related to a quote request is kept for 36 months after the last contact, then destroyed or anonymized, subject to our legal obligations.
8. Security
We take reasonable physical, technical and administrative measures to protect your information against loss, theft and unauthorized access. Access to requests is limited to authorized staff.
9. Your rights
Under Law 25, you have the right to:
- access the personal information we hold about you;
- have inaccurate, incomplete or equivocal information corrected;
- withdraw your consent;
- obtain the portability of your computerized information;
- request de-indexing or that the dissemination of information cease, in certain cases.
To exercise these rights, write to the person in charge listed in section 1. If our response does not satisfy you, you may file a complaint with Quebec's Commission d'accès à l'information (cai.gouv.qc.ca).
10. Changes
We may amend this policy to reflect changes in our practices or in regulations. The update date above indicates the latest revision.
