Webs and spiders build up on façades, especially up high and around entrances. They make the building look dirty and come back quickly if the cleaning just goes over them.

Before cleaning your windows, we apply a professional, licensed spider-web treatment to the façade up to about the 10th floor. The result: your building stays clean longer, with no webs reappearing a few days after cleaning. Since a single spider can lay hundreds of eggs in a few weeks, acting early in spring changes everything.

This treatment is normally billed extra, and most of our clients take it. This season, it's included with your commercial window-cleaning contract.
